FAQs

*When enabled, the watch uses sensitive internal sensors to detect sudden hard falls. It will audibly announce the event first, giving you a brief window to cancel the alert if you are unhurt before it automatically dials for assistance.

The watch features an IP67 water resistance rating. This means it can be safely worn in the shower where falls frequently occur, but it must not be submerged in water for longer than 30 minutes.

Accidental triggers are simple to manage. The watch will announce the alarm activation aloud and provide approximately 10 seconds to cancel the sequence before your emergency contacts are notified.

No. The heart rate, step counting, and blood oxygen features provide estimated lifestyle indicators for personal tracking. They are not intended to replace medical devices or formal clinical diagnostics.

We strongly recommend placing your watch on its designated charging base to reach 100% daily. The device will automatically play a vocal reminder if the battery charge drops to 20%.

To avoid response delays, we recommend that your contacts turn off their voicemail services. If a contact phone voicemail answers, the watch will move to the next emergency number once the voicemail connection times out.
