Certain devices are capable of automated alerts for falls, device removed, device not worn, destination alerts, perimeter alerts, and speed alerts. When one of these alerts is activated, our Customer Care Consultants will follow up according to the individual’s care plan and situation, perhaps contact a caregiver or emergency services.
