Promoter

The promoter is Tunstall Australia Pty Ltd ("Promoter") of 1/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, ABN 44 059 121 863.

Competition Period

The competition commences at 11:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

  • Complete the official competition entry form.
  • Provide their full name, email address and contact phone number.
  • Submit an answer in 25 words or less to the following question: "Tell us where greater peace of mind would take you in Australia or New Zealand, and why."

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

Incomplete, illegible, offensive, fraudulent or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.

Game of Skill

This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Each valid entry will be individually judged based on:

  • Creativity
  • Originality
  • Relevance to the competition theme
  • Quality of expression

The entry judged to be the most creative, compelling and relevant will be deemed the winner.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

The winner will receive:

  • One (1) Amie™ Watch or one (1) BE Pendant (winner's choice, subject to availability) valued at $399 RRP.
  • Twelve (12) months of standard Tunstall monitoring services including sim card, valued at $375.60.
  • One (1) travel experience voucher valued at AUD $1,500 to help support the winner's nominated travel or experience aspirations.

The travel experience voucher is subject to the issuing provider's terms and conditions.

The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $2,274.60.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No component of the prize may be substituted for cash or any other alternative product, service or benefit.

Any taxes, duties, fees or charges arising from acceptance or use of the prize in Australia or New Zealand are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner is responsible for arranging and redeeming the travel experience voucher in accordance with the issuing provider's terms and conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for changes, cancellations, availability restrictions or other matters relating to travel or experience bookings.

Winner Selection

Judging will take place at the Promoter's offices located at 1/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 on 3 August 2026.

The winner will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter.

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of judging.

If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of judging.

The winner's first name, suburb and state may be published on the Promoter's website, social media channels, EDMs and other promotional materials.

The winner's details will be published at www.tunstallhealthcare.com.au/where-would-you-go-winner for a minimum period of twenty-eight (28) days following winner notification.

Privacy & Marketing Communications

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of:

  • Administering the competition
  • Contacting entrants regarding the competition
  • Providing information about Tunstall products, services, promotions and related communications where consent has been provided

By opting in to receive marketing communications, entrants agree that Tunstall may contact them via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Telephone
  • Other electronic communications

Entrants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting Tunstall directly.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tunstall's Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and display the submitted entry for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

Entrants warrant that:

  • Their submission is their original work
  • Their submission does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
  • Their submission does not contain defamatory, offensive, unlawful or inappropriate content

Publicity

By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their submitted response, first name, suburb and state for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The Promoter may publish the winning entry and selected entrant responses on its website, social media channels, EDMs, advertising campaigns and other marketing materials.

Monitoring Services

The twelve (12) months monitoring included as part of the prize is subject to Tunstall's standard service terms and conditions.

The winner may be required to meet eligibility requirements and service availability criteria.

Any ongoing monitoring fees after the initial twelve (12) month period will be the responsibility of the winner.

Monitoring services are subject to network availability, product suitability and applicable service requirements.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries
  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
  • Disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate
  • Modify, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
  • Request proof of identity, age and residency from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof upon request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries
  • Technical malfunctions or system failures
  • Telecommunications or network interruptions
  • Any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in relation to any dispute arising from the competition.
