The choice between a Loved Ones Monitoring Package and the 24/7 Connected Care Monitoring Package depends on your individual needs and preferences. A Loved Ones Monitoring personal alarm is designed to be monitored by family members or caregivers, who can respond in case of an emergency. This can be ideal for individuals who have family members or caregivers who are regularly available to monitor the alarm and respond in case of an emergency.

On the other hand, our 24/7 Monitoring Package is designed to be monitored by a professional care team. When activated, the alarm calls our Customer Care Centre, where trained operators can assess the situation and contact emergency services if necessary. Ultimately, the best choice will depend on your individual needs and circumstances. It may be helpful to consider factors such as your living situation, support network, and health status when deciding.
