We know how good it feels to be recognised for a job well done! At Tunstall we’re proud of what we achieve together, and we like to celebrate together too. We’ve made it easy for our team to thank each other and give praise for a job well done.
Milestone Recognition
Experience matters. That’s why we celebrate the anniversary milestones of our team. When a team member hits 5 years of service, and every 5 years thereafter, they receive a gift card, a certificate and a team get together to celebrate their loyalty and service.
Formal Values Recognition Program
Tunstall uses our Values annually at our end of year celebrations together, to formally recognise and celebrate team members who really make a difference to our customers, teams, or the community. Being recognised for our outstanding contribution to Tunstall makes us feel valued, empowered, engaged, and supported. These Values Awards are presented to employees whose individual performance is consistently outstanding, aligned with Tunstall Values, and contributes to a successful experience for internal and/or external clients.
Informal Tunstall Thanks
Apart from leaders and peers saying thanks for a job well done on an ongoing basis, we also have the Tunstall Thanks! notifications which are awarded to instantly recognise employees for a job well done, from either internal or external clients. This quick and public thanks can be viewed by all of our team members and can help put a smile on our faces, knowing that we made a difference and impacted someone positively.
